Your insurance company determines this by the actual cash value of your auto in ratio to the dollar amount of your repairs. Your insurance company will notify you if your vehicle is deemed a total loss, but please ask the experts at Modern Auto body. We have all the experience to repair just about any damage.

How can I get a rental car?
Modern Auto body can have the rental company meet you when you drop your car. If you carry rental coverage on your policy your rental can be direct billed to your insurance company. If you do not have rental coverage and were hit by another person Modern Auto body can assist you in trying to get the rental paid thru their company. Also, when your vehicle is finished you may leave your rental at our location. Our rental agent will pick your rental up for you.
Can I get a ride home when I drop my car?
Modern Auto body would be glad to give you a ride home if you live in the general area.
How will I know when my car is done?
We will notify you a day in advance when to expect your car back. If you would like updates more often during the repair process please let us know.

Yes, there is a warranty on the repairs Modern Auto body completes on your vehicle as long as you own the car.
What are betterment charges?
Betterment is a deduction taken on parts that wear out with time and use (tires, brakes, suspension parts, etc.). Your insurance company will determine the betterment by the amount of mileage on your auto at the time of appraisal. In most cases Modern Auto body will try to absorb any small betterment charges.
