Thank you so much for the excellent repair job on my 2004 Honda. Although it was not a major repair job, the skill and craftsmanship were still clearly evident. The molding and auto paint match perfectly…you really can’t tell the original from the repair. Also, credit is due to your office staff. From my initial visit, through the follow-up body shop estimate, and finally to the billing details, everyone I dealt with performed professionally and courteously.

I want to thank you for helping me with the problem in the front end of my 2004 Mercedes 500E. Shortly after I purchased my car it was making a terrible clunking and squeaking noise. After numerous trips to the dealer, I was told I would need my frame replaced at a cost between $4,000-$5,000. Frustrated that my new car needed this much work my friend recommended I go to Modern Auto Body. What a relief, when Fran at Modern called after only a day to tell me I needed $200 worth of suspension work. Fran ordered the parts and replaced them the next day. When I picked my car up not only was it not making any strange noises but it was better looking than the day I got it from the dealer.

Recently my wife’s car was hit by a ramp truck at a local salvage yard. Her car is a 2006 Mercedes S65 with 1200 miles on it. She was just heartbroken. Being in the auto repair business for 42 years I knew immediately that we would bring it to Modern Auto Body for repairs. The day after the insurance company appraised it, we sent it to the shop for repairs. My biggest concern was the auto paint match as the car is silver. Although this is one of the hardest car colors to match, the paint tech at Modern Auto Body pulled it off. After 4 days I received a call that the car was ready. Having difficulty getting to Brockton by 5pm Fran waited for me to pick my car up, and I was able to leave my rental car at Modern Auto Body. Thanks for a job well done.
