Modern Auto Body is owned and operated by Francis Fistori who started his collision repair service in 1985 in a rented one bay garage. After a few years of hard work striving for excellence in auto body repair, Fran was successful enough to purchase the land at 561 N. Montello Street, Brockton, and build the current facility - which he is now expanding!

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence awards ASE Certification. Our technicians are continually trained and take the tests required to regularly update their ASE Certificates.

Over the years Modern Auto Body has hired many students from the area trade schools. Modern Auto Body has 15 employees and currently 4 Massachusetts Licensed Appraisers on staff.

Meet the man behind Modern Auto Body – Fran Fristori

Fran Fistori was educated at Blue Hills Regional. He is now Chairman of the Blue Hills Regional School Committee, and member of ACES (Avon Coalition for Every Student). Fran Fistori is also a member of The Metro South Chamber of Commerce; sits on the Mayor’s Committee to End Chronic Homelessness; and is Chairman of the Advisory Committee for Auto Body at Southeastern Regional Vo-Tech High School in Easton. Fran sponsors I-CAR classes for the industry, and is committed to educating his employees. He also coaches local baseball and football teams.
